Our Stability Blend is a medium roast with milk chocolate, hazelnut and fig notes.

My first espresso ran a little quickly, so I tightened the grind slightly. That added body and brought out more milk chocolate and hazelnut sweetness.

On V60, a slightly finer grind and even pouring gave a sweeter cup. A brighter citrus accent came through, and the finish stayed clean.
