We pack and ship every order from our UK warehouse. Here's what delivery costs and how long it takes.

UK delivery

 

Orders go by Royal Mail Tracked. Place your order before 12 noon, Monday to Friday, and it usually leaves our warehouse the same day. Orders placed after noon, at weekends or on bank holidays usually leave on the next working day.

The same rates apply to Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man.

International delivery

The rate for your country shows at checkout. If your country isn't available at checkout, we can't ship there yet. Email us and we'll let you know when we can.

Customs, duties and taxes

International orders ship from the UK. Your local customs may charge import duties, VAT or handling fees when the parcel arrives. These charges are set by your country, and you pay them. We can't refund or cover them.

Tracking

We'll email you a tracking link as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

Late, lost or damaged parcels

If your order hasn't arrived within the delivery time above, email support@balancecoffee.co.uk with your order number. We'll chase it with the carrier and put it right. If anything arrives damaged, see our Refund Policy.

Please check your delivery address at checkout. If a parcel comes back to us because the address was wrong or incomplete, we'll arrange to resend it, and you may need to pay the delivery charge again.

Subscriptions

Subscription deliveries follow the same rates and delivery times. Each delivery ships on your renewal date.

Returns and refunds

Your first order of each product comes with our 60-day money-back guarantee, and you don't need to send the coffee back. For full details, see our Refund Policy.
