At Balance Coffee, we’re all about great coffee and mushrooms - delivered with care, clarity, and no stress. Here’s everything you need to know about shipping, returns, and what to expect.

Shipping Rates

We currently ship to the United Kingdom and the Republic of Ireland

🇬🇧 United Kingdom

• Free Shipping - Orders over £25
  Delivered within 1–2 working days via Royal Mail Tracked 24.

• Standard Shipping - Orders under £25: £3.49
  Delivered within 1–2 working days via Royal Mail.

• Express Delivery – £6.49
  Sent via APC. Order by 12 noon for next working day delivery.

🇮🇪 Republic of Ireland

• Standard International - £9.99
  Delivery within 2–11 business days via Royal Mail International.

• High-Value/Heavier Items – £28.00
  For larger orders, calculated at checkout.

VAT & Customs – Republic of Ireland

Orders ship from the UK and include a declared value (product + shipping). VAT is applied according to Irish VAT rules, and customs authorities may apply additional fees, VAT, or duties at the border.

• These charges are determined by Irish customs and are the customer’s responsibility.

• Unfortunately, Balance Coffee cannot reimburse or waive these fees.

Returns and Refunds

We want you to love your Balance Coffee - but if something’s not quite right, we’ll always make it right.

We offer a 60-day money-back guarantee on all orders.
No matter the reason, we’ll refund you in full - no questions asked.

Returns Made Simple:

• Return items for any reason within 60 days of receiving them.

• If an item is damaged or faulty, we’ll cover return shipping.

• For other reasons (e.g. change of mind), you may need to cover the return cost.

• Ideally, items should be returned in original packaging, but we understand if that’s not always possible.

Custom or personalised items may not be eligible for return. If in doubt, just get in touch - we’ll always try to help.
