Barista Trainer to Wellness Innovator
James Bellis began his coffee journey as a Barista Trainer for UCC Coffee, teaching baristas across the UK how to craft coffee with precision and flavour.
He later joined Sanremo UK, partnering with top UK roasters and supporting world coffee events like the World Latte Art and Coffee in Good Spirits Championships in Berlin.
Guided by Tim Sturk, he earned his SCA Coffee Skills Diploma, deepening his knowledge of coffee science - insight that would inspire Balance Coffee, a brand built to merge quality, purity, and health into every cup.
