Bought a Sage Oracle Touch last month from Balance and couldn’t recommend them more. I’ve been pestering them daily for information and help how to get the best from my machine and it’s never a problem. I’ve been supplied with instructions, including videos they’ve made on how to use the machine. Not to mention their coffee is sublime. I bought some taster packs from them and it’s some of the best coffee I’ve had in a very long time. Delivery is always quick and like I mentioned, customer service is outstanding. 10/10 would definitely recommend.

This is great quality coffee. It smells AMAZING and has a really nice, well-rounded taste. There are some really useful videos on how to prepare it properly which really helped. I'm running out already so will definitely be ordering some more!

The Aeropress is a world renowned coffee maker perfect for brewing filter coffee. Filter coffee is a more precise way to taste the different characteristics of a coffee. Filter coffee has a cleaner, smoother, and less acidic taste compared to espresso, which is why it’s commonly drunk black. This method of coffee brewing allows you to experience the subtle flavour notes of the coffee origin and roast.

To use the Aeropress you simply insert a filter paper, screw the cap on, add ground coffee, then hot water then press. It’s one of the fastest filter coffee brew methods available.

The Aeropress is unique in that it combines immersion brewing (cafetiere style) with pressure (espresso style) by pressing down on the top so that the hot water passes through medium course grounds.
