The question I am hoping to answer for you today is how to make a mocha milkshake with mork chocolate.
but is anything better than the combination of coffee and chocolate?
I didn't think so, until we teamed up with Mörk Chocolate, speciality makers of hot chocolate, to create a recipe for the ultimate sweet treat, and to show you how to make a mocha milkshake you can possibly get your taste buds on.
I’m James Bellis, founder, barista, and coffee trainer. For over 12 years, I’ve worked with more than 100 roasters across the UK, brewing coffee for over 199,000 people. I also hold an SCA Coffee Skills Diploma, which reflects my love for healthy coffee.
I love Mörk Chocolate because of its dedication to creating high-quality hot chocolate.
They use organic cocoa powder, pure cacao liquor from Sur del Lago (one of the oldest cacao growing regions in the world) and organic unrefined coconut blossom sugar to create luxurious hot chocolate.
The combination of our speciality coffee and their rich, flavourful chocolate just works! This recipe makes one serving.
Ingredients:
-
40g Junior Dark (this rich dark cocoa is balanced with the toffee-like sweetness of unrefined coconut sugar)
-
140ml milk (we recommend whole milk, but if you want a plant-based alternative, we'd recommend oat milk).
-
3 scoops vanilla ice cream
-
Double shot of espresso (we used our seasonal espresso, click here to see what we currently have available)
-
Pinch of salt
