For orders placed on or before the designated cut-off time and utilising Royal Mail, please anticipate your package within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends or holidays).
For our premium delivery service, APC offers a 24-hour shipping courier, all orders placed before our 12 pm cut-off time will be processed and shipped on the same day. Orders placed after 12 pm will be processed and shipped the following day (excluding holidays and weekends).

For orders that haven't been processed by our roastery yet, we're delighted to help and replace them with the coffee you prefer. Once an order has been processed and shipped, though, we're unable to make changes or replacements.
Nevertheless, you have the option to send back the coffee to us (with shipping costs covered by you), and once we've successfully received the return at our roastery, we'll happily send out the preferred coffee free of charge.
To initiate a return, please get in touch with our customer service team at orders@balancecoffee.co.uk.
If your order has not yet been processed and shipped by our roastery, we can assist you in updating the shipping address to ensure accuracy. However, once the order has been shipped and you've received tracking information via email, we regret to inform you that we are unable to make any changes or amendments to the address.

What if I do not like the coffee I purchased?
It’s not uncommon to find a coffee that isn’t quite to your liking. Coffee is very subjective and you’ll need to experiment with our range until you find the one you love.
We recommend sampling our Espresso Taster Pack if you’re into chocolatey coffees.
