We are super excited to have this natural coffee drop into our seasonal coffee range. This single origin coffee arrives from the neighbourhood association of Konga Wote in the Yirgacheffe region of Ethiopia. In this area, most farmers have less than a hectare of land and the washing station works to help with the growth of the farms.
This delicious coffee is very complex and clean for a naturally processed coffee. Whilst the coffee is hot straight after its brewed we get notes of mango fruit and blueberries with nuances of camomile tea. The complexity develops as it cools down more, becoming clean and melon-like. This is one of our favourite coffees at the moment, we hope you enjoy it as much as we do.
