Bombe, Ethiopia Single Origin

Take just one sip of Bombe, and you’ll be transported to another world. This Ethiopian speciality coffee is full of the luxurious flavours of Peach, lemon drizzle, and lavender. If you close your eyes, you’ll swear that the heavy body and fruit sweet notes combine to create the heavenly flavour of sweets in your mouth. But the flavour isn’t the only thing that sets this coffee apart.

This certified organic single origin coffee is grown in high altitude conditions in the Bombe mountains in the Bensa district of the Sidama region in southern Ethiopia. This speciality coffee is processed by a variation of the typical washed process, as no water is used in temperature-controlled fermentation tanks after the pulp of the coffee cherry has been removed resulting in a complex juicy number.
